Facebook To Label To Distinguish Satire From Fake News

Facebook recently announced plans to label satire pages to ensure that people do not confuse satire with fake news. Although some Internet users may be able to separate satire from real news, many people may not be aware of this, and in the end many people will be misinformed. Labels on satire pages are a Facebook plan, but not the only one, as the company is also introducing labels for “official public” and “fan pages” for greater transparency.
