iTunes Match Not Working For A Number Of Users

Share post:

Apple’s iTunes Match users filed several complaints about the service and problems they encounter when uploading content through various Apple support communities and Reddit threads.

This has been a problem for weeks.

While many reports claim that the system gets into a “loop” or “freezes” when trying to upload new content for matching, others claim that the upload process begins only to stop along the way with a message saying, “matching your music with songs in the iTunes store.”

According to some online users, the mechanism that requires customers to upload their music libraries from the Apple Music app to the iCloud for processing is no longer working.

According to a recent report from MacRumors, Apple support staff are unaware of a widespread problem, as some users have been told that the problem is a hardware issue.
