15 Top-paying IT Certifications In 2021

Google Certified Professional Data Engineer is now the highest-paid IT certification, based on a recent ranking of the 15 highest paid certifications in 2021 conducted by IT training company, Global Knowledge.

According to the survey, which is based on responses from 3,700 U.S. respondents conducted between November and February, Google Certified Professional Data Engineer ranked at the top with earnings of $171,749.

Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect came second with a salary of $169,029 and Associate AWS Certified Solutions Architects with a salary of $159,033 came third on the list.

Other certifications on the list include Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency(CISA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Security+, CCA-V and others with salaries ranging from $151,000 to $110,000.

Certifications from Azure, Cisco, Nutanix and VMware were also listed.
