ServiceNow Embeds Employee Center in Microsoft Teams

Share post:

ServiceNow has introduced an Employee Center that will serve as a hub for data and help across different departments.

ServiceNow’s hope is that the effort will save workers time for mundane tasks, increase productivity, and ideally reduce burnout.

These efforts are part of the company’s partnership with Microsoft and will ensure that the Employee Center is available as a collaborative app that can be embedded into Teams.

Blake McConnell, vice president of Employee Workflow Products at ServiceNow, explained that embedding the Employee Center within Teams is designed to improve employee experience and streamline tasks.

ServiceNow took about 6 weeks to turn the Employee Center into a Microsoft collaborative app, however, the partnership with Microsoft is determined to bring ServiceNow workflow tools to workers wherever they are located.
