Clubhouse Launches Conversation Replay and Clip-Sharing to Drive Growth

Share post:

Clubhouse is now enabling its users to record and replay conversations as well as download 30-second clips to share on social media and other sites.

The app will also launch an enhanced search function to help people find live and scheduled audio rooms. Users will also be able to find individuals and clubs geared towards specific interests, the company said.

The new features will help content creators on Clubhouse increase their audience during a period that larger tech rivals like Facebook and Twitter have launched competing “social audio” features.

According to Clubhouse, the ability to record and replay conversations will be tested and offered to a number of content creators over the next few weeks. The ability to share short clips will roll out for all users by Thursday.
