Roblox Comes Back Online After Three-Day Outage

Share post:

The online video game platform Roblox recently announced that its website was back online after a nearly three-day outage.

In an initial statement on Sunday afternoon, the company said it was “incrementally bringing back regions back,” and confirmed on Sunday night that Roblox was “back online everywhere!”

While the company said it had identified the cause of the outage, it also dispelled rumours that the outage was caused by an “external intrusion,” although details of the cause of the incident have not yet been made public.

For some, Roblox is a digital platform that allows users to create video games with simplified development tools while allowing players to play any game for free. Many of them will begin to ask questions about the platform’s long-term viability.
