Maintaining an efficient work schedule can be a task, but applications like Calendly and Acuity can help users track events and meetings in real-time.

Calendly and Acuity are two applications that offer a variety of scheduling features to help users manage their time more effectively.

Notable features of Calendly include sending reminders to meetings invitees, creating automated workflows, availability workflows, and payment acceptance. Features of Acuity include sending reminders to meeting invitees, availability options, offering classes, workshops, or group events, and accepting payments.

For availability options, Calendly software can easily share its availability with its customers to schedule meetings at the times that work best. On the other hand, Acuity allows users to share their schedules with their customers while only showing them what they want to see.

For invitation reminders, Calendly uses its automated event notification tool to help meeting attendees stay coordinated with all schedules through its workflows feature. Acuity also used its event reminders to keep users and meeting guests up to date with all schedules.
