New Microsoft Teams Features Connect Friends and Family

Share post:

Microsoft releases new features in its Teams app that allows users to connect with family and friends while staying at home.

The first and perhaps the largest feature is Together mode, which is available in the desktop app.

This feature allows users to place themselves and other people in the same virtual settings, making it look like they are all together.

Another feature is Teams sports, a collection of live emojis and GIFs that allow people to make their calls more fun.

If users missed a group call, they can access the saved chat and post a clever emoji or GIF to grab people’s attention and restart the ongoing conversation.

The third feature allows users to make video calls and invite people by sharing links to everyone, including those who don’t use the application.

By clicking on the link, the conference participant can then register via the desktop app, mobile devices or directly via a web browser.
