Report From Adjust Shows Mobile App Growth Climbs In Q1

App analytics company, Adjust, in its new Mobile App Trend Report revealed that mobile app download and usage rates continue to grow massively, with app installations rising 31% in the first quarter of 2021.

Sessions, a measure of user engagement increased by 4.5% over 2020.

Fintech apps such as Robinhood, Acorns, and Gatsby saw the highest year-on-year installation growth of 12% compared to 2020.

While the report is based on an analysis of 2,000 apps the company tracks in gaming, e-commerce, and fintech, Adjust examines long-term trends around installations, sessions, time spent in apps, retention, and re-attribution rates worldwide.
