Sol Oriens, a U.S. nuclear weapons company, has reportedly suffered a cyberattack allegedly carried out by the REvil Ransomware gang.

Previously, the REvil ransomware operation listed Sol Oriens among the list of companies whose data they auctioned to the highest bidder.

To prove the authenticity of their claims, REvil released images of a hiring summary, payrolls and a payroll report, while threatening to pass on “relevant documentation and data to military agencies (sic) of our choice (sic).”
