65% of IT help desk teams in the U.S. suffer from unsustainable levels of stress and burnout.

Maintaining IT support objectives and increasing number of personal devices used by employees to get work done are among the biggest challenges causing burnout.

IT help desk teams are forced to maintain their IT support objectives due to workload and staff shortages within the sector.

In addition, IT help desk teams face the daunting task of catching up with the increasing number of personal devices used by employees, as they now have to take into account several new devices but do not have the number of devices required to monitor them.
