65% of IT help desk teams in the U.S. suffer from unsustainable levels of stress and burnout.

94% of respondents said that their job function has been negatively affected by recruitment, retention and/or skills shortages in the last 12 months.

IT help desk teams are forced to maintain their IT support objectives due to workload and staff shortages within the sector.

In addition, IT help desk teams face the daunting task of catching up with the increasing number of personal devices used by employees, as they now have to take into account several new devices but do not have the number of devices required to monitor them.

To solve the problem, the survey called for the use of the right communication methods and the right tools to help IT teams work and communicate with other members of the organization.
