Facebook plans to launch a smartwatch that will debut next summer, according to The Verge.

The watch will be equipped with two cameras that can detach from users’ wrists to take photos and videos.

The content can be shared on Facebook and Instagram.

The camera on the front of the watch is designed for video calling and a 1080p camera with autofocus on the back can be used to capture footage when detached from the wrist.

The watch is designed to be used in the same way that a smartphone is used.

The smartwatch is part of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s plan to build more devices that have no connection to Apple or Google.
