55% Of Employees Experienced Damage To Workforce Health

According to the Gartner Workforce Resilience Employee Survey 2021, the pandemic-induced remote job selection has negatively impacted the health of 55% of the global workforce.

The Gartner survey found that while 85% of workers had a higher level of burnout, 40% reported a decline in their work-life balance, which also affected their relationships.

Given that the work environment has been affected during the pandemic as employees try to adapt to an immediate shift in places and hours, according to Gartner, 29% of workers have a lower receptivity to change, while 31% have experienced a lower level of inclusion.
