Google recently released a number of new features for its Pixel 3a and Pixel 5a 5G devices.

The company announced that updates for 6 and 6 Pro will be available next week.

One of the features immediately opens the Snapchat camera and puts users’ content on their accounts as soon as they double tap on the back of their device, a feature that will be available in Pixel 4a (5G) or newer versions.

Another feature available on Pixels 6 and 6 Pro is that the device acts as a digital key for BMW cars built in 2020-2022, meaning that users can lock or even start their vehicles by placing their phone on the key reader inside the car.

Other features include a new accessibility tool that allows users to hear conversations in noisy environments. In addition, the Now Playing feature, will display the song being played in a nearby environment and allow users to save the track.

There’s also improved bass control for Google’s Pixel Buds A. The new update also comes with new wallpapers to recognize and celebrate people with disabilities.

Google will use the new update to extend car accident detection to countries such as Taiwan, Italy and Spain. Finally, Google will introduce new languages such as Japanese, French and German to the Recorder app.
