Facebook is planning to release new features that will help companies discover and communicate across Facebook’s platform.

New features will include a button on company’s Instagram profiles that would allow viewers to send a WhatsApp message to the company with just one click.

Facebook has also announced it will start testing another feature that will allow brands to send emails through the Facebook Business Suite. The feature will provide businesses a space to manage their presence through the social media website’s apps to simplify customer engagement.

In addition, the company will test new work accounts to give employees the option to manage business pages without having to log in with their personal accounts.
