Google To Slowly Reveal Search Result Process

Share post:

Alphabet’s Google will finally show its search engine users more information about why it has found the results they are shown, the tech giant said on Thursday.

It said people googling queries will now be able to click into details such as how their results matched certain search terms to better determine whether the information is relevant.

Google has been making changes to give users more context over the results of its search engine.

Earlier this year, panels were set up to inform users about the sources of the information displayed.

It has also begun to warn users when a topic is developing rapidly and the search results may not be reliable.
